Frida Sundbye
Frida obtained a Master´s degree in Law from the University of Oslo, with elective course in conflict management and procedure, civil litigation, and criminal law, with particular specialization in police and prosecutorial law and legal procedure.
She wrote her masters thesis on whether the form of intent known as “dolus eventualis” is compatible with the human rights requirements set out in Article 7 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Frida has previous experience in cases relating to tenancy law, immigration law, and criminal law from her work as volunteer with the Ung Rettshjelp department of Kirkens Bymisjon. She has also worked on a range of civil procedural matters through her position as a student assistant at the law firm Berngaard.
