Øyvind Bratlien

Øyvind Bratlien is the principal partner in the firm, and has specialised expertise in criminal law with experience from heavy and complicated criminal cases. The most high-profile cases include the acquittal of former Bandido boss Lars Harnes for premeditated attempted murder, the acquittal of Zikrija Krkic for double murder, the acquittals in the Prinsdal case for premeditated murder and the acquittals of the gang leader from Holmlia for premeditated attempted murder and kidnapping. He has been much talked about as the defence lawyer for Marius Borg Høiby.
